• Starting Salary $36.01/ hr

• Call Receiver top wage $43.82hr

• Dispatcher top wage $50.20/hr

• 4/10 Biannual Work Schedule 

• Night Pay Differential

• 108 hours of vacation time in the first year of employment

• 12 Paid Holidays

• 96-Hours of Paid Sick Leave

• Bereavement Leave

• $0 Premium Life & Disability Insurance

• 457 Deferred Compensation Plan
